Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Spacesync (“Spacesync,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our websites (including spacesync.pro), manager and member web portals, and the Spacesync Member mobile application (the “Services”).

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

Account information — such as name, email address, and password when you register or sign in.
Profile and workspace data — profile details, company or membership context, and related settings you provide.
Service activity — bookings, invoices and payment status, kitchen or on-site orders, support tickets, announcements, and similar records created while using Spacesync.
Files you upload — such as profile images, member documents, ticket attachments, and payment receipt or proof images, stored via our API and object storage.
Device and notification data — when you enable push notifications, we register a device token (for example via Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can deliver alerts about bookings, invoices, tickets, and related activity.
Optional device features — camera access to scan resource QR codes in the member app; optional biometric unlock credentials stored securely on your device (for example via the device keychain), not on our servers as biometric templates.
Technical data — information needed to operate the Services, such as authentication tokens, session data stored on your device, and standard request logs on our servers.

How we use information

We use information to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Services
Authenticate users and secure accounts (including optional biometric sign-in on device)
Process bookings, billing, orders, support, and related coworking operations

Third-party services

We use infrastructure and platform providers to run Spacesync. Depending on features you use, this may include:

Our application API and hosting (including api.spacesync.pro)
Google Firebase for push messaging, and for realtime features that use Firebase Authentication (custom tokens) and Firestore
Object storage used for files uploaded through the Services

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the features above. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising networks in the Spacesync Member mobile app.

Data stored on your device

The member app may store session or authentication data locally (for example with AsyncStorage) and, if you enable biometric unlock, credentials protected by your device’s biometric security. You can revoke biometric access or sign out in the app; uninstalling the app removes local app data subject to your device’s normal behavior.

Sharing

We share information with the coworking operator (space) you belong to so they can manage memberships, bookings, billing, support, and related operations. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the Services, or when required by law.

Retention

We retain account and service data for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate operational, legal, or security purposes. If you want us to delete or correct personal information we hold, contact ceo@spacesync.pro. Some records may need to be retained by your space operator for their own business or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can update profile information in the member app or portal where those controls are available.
You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
You can deny camera or biometric permissions; some features (such as QR scanning or biometric unlock) will not work without them.
You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing ceo@spacesync.pro.

Children

The Services are intended for business and coworking use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
